On a lighter note, we got a new iMac computer last week to replace my sorely out-of-date Mac laptop. Originally, HAP was bummed out that we were not getting a PC, but my how the opinions have changed! But really, what's not to love? Being a graphic designer, I have known about Mac's superiority to PCs for a long time, but it's wonderful to have won over a new bunch of converts! The iMac is BEAUTIFUL. The iMac is BIG. The iMac is INTUITIVE. I love it! We also gave in and bought 2 computer games for the kids, one for P (Quake 4, a shoot-anything-that-moves bloodbath of a game) and one for the girls (Zoo Tycoon 2, a game where you get to be zoo keeper to a zoo you design). So that also helped win over the kids. Anyway, it's nice to have our technology brought up to date, if only for a year or so!
